Student Eligibility
Chaffey College automatically provides a free Microsoft Office 365 license to eligible students — there's no separate license to request or sign up for.
You're eligible if you:
- Have taken a class at Chaffey within the last 2 years
- Are currently registered for a class in an upcoming term
- Have applied to Chaffey for the current or a future term
You can access Office 365 either of these ways:
Option 1: Through my.chaffey.edu
- Sign in to my.chaffey.edu.
- Click the Office 365 tool.
Option 2: Through office.com
- Go to office.com.
- Click Sign In.
- Sign in with your Chaffey College student email address.
