Check Your Voicemail

Overview

You may be expecting a message on your office phone while away from your desk for an extended period of time. You can access your voicemail from any phone remotely.

Issue

In Office:

  1. Select the recorder button on your office phone.
  2. Enter your pin, followed by the # sign, and any pre-recorded messages shall play.
    • Once you access your voicemail for the first time, it will ask you to create your own pin.

Remote:

  1. Dial your voicemail number: 652-6700
  2. Select *
  3. Enter: last 4 digits of your VM number, followed by #
  4. Enter your password, followed by #
    • Press 1 to listen to messages
    • Press 2 to send a message
    • Press 3 to Review Old Messages
    • Press 4 to Set up Options
    • Press 0 for the Help Menu
    • Press * to Exit, or just hang up
Troubleshooting

Please ensure to use the correct dial in information to access your voicemail, and follow any prompts that may be given by the operating system.
