The Cisco Phone System is the campus-wide voice communication platform used by faculty and staff across all Chaffey campuses.

Application Overview

The Cisco Phone System at Chaffey College (aka WebEx) is a unified communication solution supporting voice communication across the Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, and Fontana campuses. 

Each office or department is typically equipped with Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) desk phones.

WebEx, in relation to Cisco, provides a suite of online collaboration tools including online meetings, webinars, and screen sharing.

Usages and Features

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and its family of IP phones offer a robust enterprise-level voice solution. Cisco Webex is a cloud-based platform.
