Our self-service webpage allows students, faculty, and staff to manage academic and administrative tasks conveniently.

Colleague Self-Service is accessible through the MyChaffey Portal, and is designed to enhance communication, planning, and operations across Chaffey College.

Students can access their student planning to plan and register for classes, as well as access their transcripts and academic attendance.

Faculty and Staff can access class rosters, submit grades, and retrieve student information. The Employee Self-Service Section allows staff to view payroll information, leave balances, and tax forms.

**Note: As Colleague self-service is only accessible within your Chaffey Portal, first time or returning users must log into and ensure that your new password and multi-factor are set up.

This platform provides academic tools and offers secure access to financial aid details, application status, and payment options for students.

Faculty can manage class rosters, submit grades, and access key student information.
