Application Overview

ImageNow (Perceptive Content) is used at Chaffey College to streamline administrative processes by eliminating paper-based systems. It enables users to scan, import, tag, and organize documents such as HR files, financial records, student forms, and more consistently and securely. 

Once captured, these documents can be routed through approval workflows, accessed remotely via a web client, and stored securely with full version control and audit tracking.

This document management system allows users to scan, import, and tag files with searchable metadata for fast, organized retrieval. It automates workflows like approvals and reviews to reduce manual processing and improve efficiency.
