MyChaffeyPortal (Student) is Chaffey College’s central online gateway for managing academic and financial tasks. It provides students with single sign-on access to registration, grades, payments, transcripts, and other key campus service, all in one secure web-based location.

Application Overview

Through MyChaffeyPortal (Student), learners can register for classes, view grades, make payments, and request transcripts without navigating multiple systems. The portal simplifies enrollment, academic tracking, and financial management by consolidating these services into one place.

Students can also access email, library resources, and other academic tools directly through the portal.  It serves as the primary digital hub for managing all aspects of a student’s academic journey at Chaffey College.

Usages and Features

Students can register for classes using the Self-Service Registration area, check registration dates, and view completed coursework grades. The portal also provides payment processing for tuition and fees, access to financial information, and transcript management through integrated services like Parchment.
