Services regarding a new phone installation, de-installation, or relocation.

Service Details

Installation of Phone: Service regarding installation of a new phone or phone system. When requesting, please provide details given in the Common Tasks section below.

De-Installation of Phone: Services regarding the de-installation of an existing phone or phone system. When requesting, please provide details given in the Common Tasks section below. 

Move or Relocate Phone: Service regarding the relocation of an existing phone or phone system. When requesting, please provide details given in the Common Tasks section below.

When Requesting Service...

Please provide the Campus, Building, and Room Number that you would like your new phone to be installed or de-installed from. 

If you are requesting a relocation of an existing phone, please provide the Campus, Building, and Room Number that your current phone system is located at, and which Campus, Building, and Room Number you will require it to be moved to.
