When Requesting Service...
Please provide the name of the application or software you would like to have installed or de-installed. Please also provide the software version your equipment is currently on.
For additional aid to our IT Helpdesk and Tech Services, please provide the following, if applicable:
- Operating system (i.e. Windows 10, macOS, etc)
- Browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc)
- Device (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, etc)
- Any attachments, error messages, applicable screen-shots, or documents for this request.
